So I am over the moon thrilled for Liv to be participating Lemonade Day DC! We are big on independence and equipping her with the tools necessary to flourish into her greatness. This opportunity for children to get the tools needed to own and operate a business of their own is just perfect and I’m excited to see the growth in my daughter as she goes through this program!

A reap of our weekend….
There are tons of sports games going on and last week we enjoyed a basketball game at Georgetown University! That night was freezing out but Liv had a blast cheering the ladies on! Girl Power indeed!
Next up the Baltimore Aquarium had a “Pay What You Want Day” which we obviously had to attend! The savings were well worth the crowded visit! After enjoying the aquarium we tried a new restaurant right next door called “Family Meal” located at 621 East Pratt Street. Literally this place was like a visit with your cool accommodating friends that don’t have kids, but open up their home to your family as if they do lol. The restaurant is really nice perfect for family or a cute date! Our favorite was the pot pie fritters we enjoyed ,definitely worth shouting about! Everyone who works there is kind and knowledgeable which is obviously coming from the top of there leadership. If your into (which I am) a good drink or locally grown items they have you covered! The cherry on the top that led us there was that they offered a “pay what you want” meal option on the menu coinciding with the aquarium event.
We hung out with the coolest sister/ aunt ever.
Liv was a real party animal and got the face paint to show for it!
